We make the home remodeling process as smooth as possible

Remodeling can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Our full-service team is here to manage every step of your project, so you can focus on the things that matter most.

Our process

1. Consultation - We schedule an initial meeting to take measurements of your space and gather any additional details about your project. Most projects need one consultation, but depending on the scope of work we may need an additional meeting.

2. Itemized estimate - We will provide you with a free, itemized estimate that includes the entire scope of work from demolition to completion. We are always available to talk through the estimate if you have any questions.

3. Contract - If the estimate is approved and you are ready to move forward, we will meet with you to sign the project contract and discuss the remodeling process. We require 50% down at the time of booking. Once the contract is signed you are officially on our schedule.

4. Material selections -  From paint to flooring it's time to make design selections. We are here to help with this process so your space comes together exactly as you envision it. All materials must be on site before work begins.

5. Let the transformation begin - We schedule our team as efficiently as possible to keep the project moving seamlessly. We will remain in constant contact with you and our team to resolve any issues quickly.

6. Final touches - We will complete a final walkthrough of the space with you and create a punch list of any touchups. Once the punch list is complete and approved, you are ready to enjoy your new space!

FAQs

If you have any additional questions, feel free to get in touch with us.

  • Do you help with design selections?

Yes! Our designer is happy to help with your selections. From paint to fixtures we can provide guidance based on your style preferences and vision for the space.

  • What is your payment schedule?

We require 50% down at the time of booking. Then we request a 30% draw at the midway point. The final 20% is due after we have completed the final walkthrough and any punch list items.

  • How does a change order work?

A change order can be necessary if there are unexpected additional costs in labor and/or materials.

For example, water damage discovered after demo or a change in material selection such as marble over quartz countertops.

If this occurs, we will notify you and provide a change order that lists the additional costs. Once that is approved and paid in full, we can continue the project.

  • How much does remodeling cost?

Cost varies significantly based on what you would like to have done, square footage, and material selection. There also can be unforeseen additional costs, especially in older homes.

Our free itemized estimate will give you transparent pricing on your specific project.
